Dowoni Wetaho provides educational course material related to portfolio presentation, professional positioning, and client communication for designers, developers, and related specialists. Course access, tiers, and included materials are described on the Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
All course material is provided for informational and educational purposes. It does not constitute legal, financial, or professional business advice, and outcomes will vary depending on individual circumstances, prior experience, and how the material is applied.
All video lessons, worksheets, written material, and site content remain the intellectual property of Dowoni Wetaho unless otherwise stated. Course participants receive a personal, non transferable licence to use materials for their own professional development. Redistribution or resale of materials is not permitted without written consent.

Access details, including timing and delivery of materials, are communicated directly following enquiry through the Contact page. Prices may be revised periodically to reflect changes in course content.
To the extent permitted under Polish law, Dowoni Wetaho shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or course materials, including any reliance placed on the informational content provided within lessons or worksheets.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, including the Polish Civil Code (Kodeks cywilny) and the Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means, without regard to conflict of law principles.
