Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 July 2026
The data controller responsible for personal data processed through this website is Dowoni Wetaho, with a registered contact address at plac Wolności 13/2, Rzeszów, Poland. For any privacy related enquiries, you may write to [email protected] or call +48 798 474 440.
This policy is written to comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) and the Polish Act of 10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data, together with applicable guidance from the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
We may collect the following categories of personal data: contact details submitted through our contact form (name, email address, phone number, message content), technical data such as browser type and approximate location derived from IP address, and cookie identifiers where consent has been given.
Our contact form opens your default email application with a pre filled message. Submitting the form does not transmit data directly to a server database operated by us; instead, the message is sent as a regular email once you choose to send it from your own mail client.
Where you contact us voluntarily, processing is based on your consent and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR). Cookie related processing is based on consent obtained through our cookie banner, in line with the Polish Telecommunications Law (Prawo telekomunikacyjne).
Email correspondence is retained only as long as necessary to respond to and resolve an enquiry, typically no longer than twenty four months, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Cookie consent preferences are stored locally in your browser for up to twelve months.
We do not sell personal data. Limited technical service providers, such as hosting providers or embedded map services, may process technical data as part of delivering the website. Any such providers are expected to apply appropriate safeguards consistent with GDPR requirements.
You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability where applicable. You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, or with the supervisory authority in your habitual place of residence.
Where technical service providers are located outside the European Economic Area, transfers are made only where adequate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acknowledgement of the updated policy.
